When the Land Belonged to God

I travel in the West quite a bit, sketching, painting, photographing. I love the history of the American West and I like to put what I see into paintings as well as what I could imagine being there as well. In this particular painting it might be hard to believe what is happening. But I can tell you, that truth is often stranger than fiction!
